About the Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Admin / Office Support Officer to help keep the business running smoothly by coordinating tasks, managing enquiries, and supporting teams across the organisation. This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting Sales, Account Management, Customer Support and leadership. You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion. This is not a traditional admin role — it requires someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in following up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and manage inbound enquiries across email, tickets and phone
* Triage and assign enquiries to the appropriate team members
* Book and coordinate meetings across Sales, Account Management and leadership
* Track tasks and follow up with internal teams to ensure completion
* Support general office coordination and day-to-day operations
* Handle general inbound calls and direct enquiries appropriately
* Assist with internal coordination across multiple teams

* Converting inbound enquiries into booked meetings
* Strong responsiveness and timely follow-up
* Effective coordination across teams
* Ensuring tasks and actions are completed without delay
