Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes according to restaurant standards
* Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet expectations
* Assist with daily prep, stock control, and ordering ingredients
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance
* Work efficiently as part of a team and support other kitchen staff
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chef or Cook (Thai cuisine preferred)
* Knowledge of Thai ingredients, flavour balance, and cooking techniques
* Ability to work under pressure and handle busy service periods
* Strong teamwork, time management, and communication skills
* Relevant commercial cookery qualification (Certificate III or IV) preferred
Nice to Have
Being able to communicate effectively in Thai is a plus.
