Job Title: Equipment Operatives
We are seeking skilled and experienced machine operators to join our team. The role will involve operating machinery for bulk earthworks, final trim, trenching, battering, and boxing roads.
In addition to operating machinery, the selected candidates will also be responsible for civil labouring including pit & pipe installation, conduit installation, and site clean-up.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in civil or construction projects, relevant machine operating tickets/licenses, a White Card, and a current driver's licence with reliable transport. A positive attitude, safety focus, and willingness to learn are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Machinery Operations: Operating 15–50t machinery (GPS experience with Topcon, Trimble, or UTS preferred) for various tasks such as bulk earthworks, final trim, and trenching.
* Civil Labouring: Assisting with pit & pipe installation, conduit installation, and site clean-up.
Requirements:
* Previous Experience: Proven experience in civil or construction projects.
* Licences and Certifications: Relevant machine operating tickets/licenses and a White Card.
* Transportation: Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
* Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, safety focus, and willingness to learn.
