As Marketing Lead, you'll be at the heart of bringing this exciting new brand to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help execute national and local campaigns, support store launches, coordinate creative production, and manage day-to-day retail marketing activity, all with a hands-on, detail-focused approach.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role in a lean team, perfect for someone with energy, initiative, and a passion for sport and retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign & Brand Activation

* Support the rollout of omni-channel marketing campaigns across retail, digital, CRM, paid media, influencer, and social
* Assist in the creation of GTM plans, post-campaign reports, and internal campaign comms
* Create content and coordinate creative delivery across sale events, store openings, and product drops
* Contribute to the planning and execution of store opening activations and in-store events

Retail Marketing & Store Support

* Create and distribute VM directives and campaign execution guides for stores
* Manage content for digital screens and in-store marketing (e.g. music, visuals)
* Coordinate POP (Point of Purchase) material requests and fulfilment
* Manage retail print briefings and distribution lists across the store network
* Maintain the VM and campaign calendar to ensure execution readiness

Centre Marketing & Partnerships

* Liaise with shopping centers to secure marketing placements and media opportunities
* Build and manage contact lists for centers, suppliers, influencers, and partners
* Support marketing co-op management, raising POs and tracking reimbursements

Process, Admin & Reporting

* Assist with budget and invoice tracking, ensuring timely processing of POs and co-op funding claims
* Help track campaign performance and support post-campaign analysis and insights
* Keep internal trackers, calendars, and asset libraries up to date and accessible

Retail Training & Enablement

* Assist in developing retail team training materials for new products and campaigns
* Ensure campaign messaging and product knowledge is clearly communicated to in-store teams

General Collaboration & Culture

* Coordinate with creative, buying, ecommerce, and retail teams to ensure alignment and delivery
* Work with external vendors (e.g. printers, media partners) to ensure deadlines and quality are met
* Embody a "make it happen" attitude, staying agile, accountable, and collaborative

WHAT YOU BRING

* Strong organizational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
* 2 to 4 years of experience in a retail marketing, campaign coordination, or creative production role
* Eye for detail and quality, with a high standard of output
* Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies to deliver assets and campaigns
* Familiarity with store marketing operations such as VM, POP, retail calendars, and activations
* Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive and adaptable mindset, especially in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment
* Bonus: experience with retail tech platforms (e.g. CMS, POS signage systems, CRM tools)
* Bonus: knowledge or passion for the ANZ sports and active lifestyle landscape
