The Role: The Property Manager will be point of call and accountable for the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio consisting of a diverse range of property to include large format retail, Commercial and industrial Assets across Sydney. You will be responsible for all areas of Property Management including lease administration, financial management and operations. Responsibilities: Lead all property operations, including lease management, budgeting, and day-to-day site oversight Monitor tenant accounts, address arrears promptly, and coordinate rent reviews and critical lease milestones Produce comprehensive monthly performance reports highlighting financial results and operational insights Prepare annual budgets, manage forecasts, and reconcile property outgoings Oversee contractor and vendor partnerships, reviewing performance and controlling expenditure on property assets Ensure compliance with operational policies and maintain robust risk management procedures Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction Supervise the upkeep and appearance of all properties, ensuring they meet consistent presentation and maintenance standards The Ideal Candidate: The client is looking for someone with demonstrated background in client / stakeholder management with strong written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be highly organised, and able to multitask and prioritise work with minimal supervision. Essential requirements Valid Real Estate License 3 years property management experience (Commercial / Retail) Understand current legislation and commercial property knowledge Previous exposure to budgeting and outgoings reconciliation Intermediate level of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word & Excel) Hold a current NSW Drivers licence Please email your CV to thickel@goughrecruitment.com.au.
