Our Speech Therapy Services:
Our NDIS Speech Therapy services are designed to support individuals with communication difficulties, speech disorders, and swallowing challenges. You'll work closely with participants to develop personalised therapy plans, including:
* Speech & Language Therapy
– Helping with articulation, fluency, and comprehension
* Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
– Support for non-verbal individuals
* Swallowing & Mealtime Assistance
– Assessment and strategies for safe eating
* Social Communication Skills
– Building confidence in conversations and interactions
* Literacy & Cognitive Communication Support
– Enhancing reading and writing abilities
Your Role
As a Speech Pathologist, you will:
* Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments
* Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based intervention plans
* Work with clients across homes, early childhood centres, schools, and community settings
* Collaborate closely with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
* Reflect, learn, and grow through supervision, peer learning, and case discussions
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology
* SPA membership (or eligibility)
* Strong communication, empathy, and documentation skills
* Genuine interest in supporting people with disabilities
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and make a meaningful difference
