Having operated in WA for a number of years, they've carved a reputation as Perth's leading Tier 2 builder of choice. Due to continued growth, and a new $150m project awarded they are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join their thriving team.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Contract Administrator
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Progress claim assistance and external variations
* Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
* Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
* Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
* Administration of the project HSE system
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
* Experience working on commercial newbuild projects for 3-5 years minimum
* Knowledge of the WA construction market and subcontractors
* Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
* Be able to competently lead a team financially on your own
