We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our on‐site corporate kitchen on a 12‐month fixed‐term contract.
The Sydney Client Floor team is a close‐knit, hardworking group who consistently deliver the high standard of food and service our clients, partners and staff expect.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Daily food preparation across a wide variety of functions and service styles, ensuring consistency and quality for all offerings
* Assist the Head Chef and the broader kitchen team with menu planning and meal design
* Demonstrate creativity and versatility in menu development, working across multiple cuisines to support formal dining, café service, breakfast, morning teas, and corporate events
* Take ownership of your section, including stock ordering, adherence to food safety requirements, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
What you need
* Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in fine dining either in a hotel or corporate environment
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Ability to work professionally at all times in a fast paced, demanding environment
* Creativity, passion and flair for food preparation and presentation
* Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Well presented
