Job Description
We're searching for an energetic and driven Restaurant General Manager to take the reins across multiple GYG restaurants.
In this pivotal role, you'll champion operational excellence, lead and inspire management teams, and elevate both financial and people performance across your portfolio.
You'll be the heartbeat of your restaurants — coaching your leaders, upholding our standards, driving results, and living the GYG spirit and values every day.

What We're Looking For
GYG or similar fast-paced QSR experience
Proven leadership in a high-energy environment
Single or multi-site management experience
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and identify P&L opportunities
A track record of meeting KPIs and smashing goals
A passion for delivering genuinely outstanding customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
Whether you've grown with GYG or thrived in another multi-site QSR setting, you bring the operational know-how and leadership to hit the ground running.
