Human Resources Manager
This key role contributes to the Senior Leadership Team, offering a range of HR and IR/ER functions.
An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional, this position will involve coaching and supporting frontline leaders, managing IR/ER matters, and contributing to events that promote employee engagement and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement the HR strategy and plan for our operation.
* Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
* Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.
* Build positive relationships with employees, union representatives, and other stakeholders to promote respect and inclusivity.
* Foster a collaborative work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
