CoreStaff Darwin are seeking a temp Administration Manager based in Darwin Northern Territory.

About the Role & Responsibilities:
The Administration Manager role delivers high professional standards in office administration, communications and financial support and coordination.
* Provide of high-level secretarial and administrative support.
* Preparation of reports on programs, budgets, activity calendars, and events.
* Manage travel, accommodation, and logistics and operational functions over the start of the year period.
* Provide finance support utilising relevant internal systems including monitoring and reconciling corporate credit cards, online requisitioning, processing payments and invoices as required
* Establish and maintain records and databases, to support the Association.
* Provide day-to-day financial and administrative processing
To be successful for this role, you will need the following:
* Darwin based
* Experienced in Xero Accounting Software is essential
* Strong Administration skills and secretarial experience
* Skilled in technical reporting, Microsoft tools, and database management.
* Available from the 5th - 31st January 2026.
