Overview
To provide a high level of professional and confidential administrative support to the Group Executive Personal Injury and the Personal Injury Senior Leadership Team. This is a maternity leave cover for 12 months.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Group Executive Personal Injury and Personal Injury Senior Leaders, as required
Acting as the point of contact among Personal Injury Leadership Team, employees, clients and other external partners
Proactive diary management
Calendar management
Arrange, co-ordinate and prepare for stakeholder meetings
Co-ordinate flights and accommodation for leaders
Event co-ordination and bookings on behalf of leaders
Arrange internal and external meetings, including room, teleconference and videoconference bookings, equipment set-up and catering on behalf of the leadership team, at their request
Schedule meetings and record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Draft/formatting correspondence, communications, PowerPoint presentations and other documents
Maintaining databases and producing reports, as required
Qualifications
Proven experience in the provision of executive support to a senior leader and their team
Strong customer service focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential information
Excellent MS Office knowledge
