About This Role
The Financial Business Partner will partner with multiple business units, including project support. This is a highly visible role, playing a key part in influencing, coaching, and engaging across various business units. You will:
* Provide fact-based insights and commentary for daily performance.
* Influence business partner decision-making with fact-based insights and innovative analysis.
* Support the delivery of business initiatives and projects, including managing finance resources.
* Collaborate with the buying team to build robust budgets and forecasts, carrying out effective weekly and monthly reviews of results.
* Identify and define system improvements to enhance team and organizational objectives.
* Support governance surrounding business processes and ensure an appropriate audit trail is maintained, driving objectives through delivering business priorities and day-to-day processes.
What We Are Looking For In A Candidate
We are seeking a passionate and energetic financial professional who can manage competing workloads and deliver the best outcomes for stakeholders. You will need:
* A strong finance qualification, such as CA or CPA.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, change management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
* Strong commercial and analytical skills to support understanding of key performance drivers and raise recommendations on actions required to improve performance.
* Experience working with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, with the ability to distil and effectively communicate complex information/problems to a broad range of audiences.
* Experience with financial KPIs across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
