**About the role**:
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit processing.
- Provide administrative assistance in regard to managing outstanding debtors.
- You will need to assist the Finance Manager.
- Generate monthly reports on outstanding debtors as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- General administrative duties.
**The successful applicant has the following skills and experience**:
- Prior experience in an Accounts Receivable (AR) role preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate Word & Excel skills and IT savvy will be an advantage.
- A positive attitude, fast learner, good time management and great customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Need a valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Full working rights.
