About this role:
Principal's Support Officer
This is a key support position for the Principal, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the efficient operation of the office.
* Maintain the Principal's diary and manage walk-up requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Screen calls and emails, arrange appointments and follow up on meetings as required.
* Provide a high level of secretarial support for listed meetings throughout the year.
Main responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records and databases related to HR processes.
* Supporting the Administration Team to ensure Front Reception provides a welcoming experience for visitors.
* Assisting with event planning and coordination, including venue bookings and catering arrangements.
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
* Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A current Employee Working with Children Check.
