About The Team
The People and Culture Delivery team are responsible for delivering HR business partnering across all departments of the City. These services are provided by two teams: one offers a broad range of HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle and is embedded within the business, while the other provides professional advisory and consultancy services to achieve people management objectives.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who are starting their HR career or are an experienced HR Business Partner. Suitable applicants may be placed in a talent pool for current and future HR roles across various classifications and specializations.

Requirements
* An Associate degree / Diploma in Human Resources or relevant experience and knowledge
* Be influential, confident, resilient, trustworthy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and advise on best practices in people management, while adhering to legislation and policies
