About The Role: The Project Manager at Walr is crucial for planning, executing, and delivering full-service projects for our clients. The role requires strong knowledge of the project lifecycle, from questionnaire logic and audience feasibility to data collection and delivery against targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee complex projects internally and externally, taking full ownership.Lead projects from start to finish, including kickoff, fieldwork, quality control, liaison, and data delivery.Meet or exceed client project needs.Provide consultancy based on expertise in questionnaire design and data collection cycles.Prioritize multiple projects, work under pressure, and own your workload.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for timely delivery.Ensure high-quality project outcomes within standards.Adapt to changing priorities with analytical and problem-solving skills.Manage budgets to maximize profitability without compromising quality; process invoices promptly.Support, delegate, and train team members.Assist clients with Walr technology products.Contribute to bidding processes and provide recommendations.Follow company processes diligently.Proactively identify challenges and suggest solutions.Escalate issues to line managers when appropriate.Understand and represent Walr and its services effectively. Desired Experience: 3+ years in research agency or panel/sample business.Experience with online quantitative data collection.Proven project management in similar environments.Strategic, consultative mindset with curiosity for new research opportunities.Experience with scripting platforms like Forsta or similar.Understanding of data workflows and lifecycle.Experience working with global clients in fast-moving sectors.Knowledge of research services, software, and project lifecycle management.Effective communication with clients via all channels.Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of SPSS.Excellent project management and administrative skills.
