Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Power Station Maintainer to join our team on a 14:14 FIFO roster in Regional Queensland. This role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our power generation facility, including both control room and field operations.
Key duties include routine and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and supporting ongoing improvements to ensure equipment performance and reliability. The position also requires responding to after-hours breakdowns while on site.

Position Duties
* Operate and maintain Cummins diesel-powered generators
* Operate and monitor power station control systems
* Perform routine inspections and maintenance of power station ancillary equipment
* Oversee power station operations, ensuring reliable performance and identifying both short and long term plant reliability issues or improvement opportunities
* Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and orderly work environment
* Manage and maintain stock inventory
* Participate in on-call duties as rostered, providing prompt responses to issues arising after hours, either remotely or on site
* Conduct routine maintenance on site assets as required
About You
* Relevant Australian or Australian-recognised mechanical or electrical trade qualification
* Previous experience with Cummins Diesel Engines required
* Strong understanding of power systems and control circuitry (experience highly regarded)
* High-level fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently in remote locations
* Basic computer skills essential
* Current manual driver's license
* Current construction industry white card
