Strategic HR Leader Role
Seeking an experienced Strategic HR Leader for a purpose-driven role in a disability services organisation.
* Drive the strategic direction and manage functional operations of the HR Division, aligning with organisational objectives.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve workforce planning, workers compensation, and industrial relations/employment relations.
* Build HR capability, develop workforce plans, provide advice and support to operational managers and teams.
* Design and implement purpose-fit HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
* Collaborate with payroll and facility managers to optimise workforce efficiencies.
* Enhance performance around workers compensation and industrial relations/employment relations functions.
* Provide HR visibility across operations, develop training and education programs.
* Establish relationships with external tertiary institutions to feed into the Organisation's talent pool and capabilities.
About You:
* Hold a diploma in HR or related experience in the field.
* Have 5+ years' experience in similar roles, thorough understanding of the NDIS, and ideally previous experience in a senior HR position.
* Proven experience developing, implementing, and monitoring continuous improvement practices.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, experience with stakeholder engagement, project management.
