We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.
This role involves managing personnel, inventory, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and high financial returns.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with suppliers to deliver high-quality products.
* Collaborate with the General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety legislation.
* Lead a training culture within the team.
* Review product range regularly to maintain quality standards.
* Maintain agreed brand standards consistently.
* Operate effectively within labour budgets and contribute to capital projects.
* Stay informed about food trends and contribute to nutritional developments.
* Provide leadership and feedback to colleagues.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory or management position.
* At least 3 years relevant experience.
* Relevant qualification.
* Approved manager certification.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Strong leadership skills.
* H&L (POS) Knowledge is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
