Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Install plasterboard to a high professional standard (walls, ceilings, complex details)
- Gyprock installation, cornice, patching, and finishing, flushing and sheeting.
- Prepare surfaces and mix plaster, cement, and render for application.
- Level, smooth, and straighten surfaces, corners, and angles to required thickness and
quality.
- Measure, cut, and fix plasterboard, including installation of insulation and vapour
barriers.
- Secure corner beads, cornices, ceiling centres, and other plaster fittings.
- Cover and finish joints and fixings using plaster compounds, smoothing with brushes
and sandpaper.
- Resolve onsite issues and provide practical solutions
- Maintain clean, safe, and organised worksites
About You:
- Australian or holding the right Visa to work in Australia
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in plasterboard installation (commercial or high-
end residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plasterboard systems, metal framing, suspended ceilings, and
finishing details
- able to working with team environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Current full Australian driver's licence
- White Card required
