Job Title: Facilities Officer
The role involves delivering day-to-day project and maintenance activities in support of the building services team, with a focus on managing contractors at the Parkes and Off-Site Storage Facility (OSF).
This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Building Services and is part of the Building Services and Infrastructure portfolio, Facilities Management Department.
1. Deliver day-to-day project and maintenance activities in support of the building services team.
2. Manage contractors at the Parkes and Off-Site Storage Facility (OSF).
3. Assist with the coordination of facility projects and maintenance activities.
4. Provide support to the Assistant Manager, Building Services as required.
* Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
