This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong sales background, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within a growing financial advisory firm. Your Role And Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
Engaging clients over the phone to update information and conduct fact-finding. Scheduling and confirming client appointments with Financial Advisers. Providing outstanding service to build and maintain client relationships. Conducting both inbound and outbound calls to ensure seamless client service. Supporting Financial Advisers with scheduling and client information management. Utilizing CRM and financial platforms to manage client workflows. Regular use of Microsoft Office programs. About You
Proven experience in a client-facing role within financial services, with a strong sales background. Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with adaptability to work in a diverse team. Seniority level
