Program Coordinator Role
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the program management office for large-scale strategic projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting program planning, execution, and governance
* Navigating complex workstreams and activities
* Managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing project needs
* Producing high-quality project communications and presentations
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program coordination within large transformation projects, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
* 10 years' experience working within a project management discipline
* Minimum 5 years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably within a consulting or corporate environment
* Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PMBOK, PRINCE) is a plus
