Facility Manager – Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Facility Manager to lead a well-established residential aged care home. This is a key leadership role responsible for operational performance, clinical governance support, team development, and ensuring exceptional care outcomes for residents.

The Role
You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the facility, ensuring:
* Ongoing compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
* High occupancy and strong financial performance

* Exceptional resident experience and clinical outcomes
* Continuous quality improvement and audit readiness
* Effective collaboration with clinical, hospitality, lifestyle, maintenance and support services
About You
Essential:
* Proven experience in a senior leadership or facility management role
* Strong background in quality and compliance
* Solid understanding of financial and operational management
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop multidisciplinary teams
* A values-based leadership style with integrity, respect and accountability
Highly regarded:
* Experience in residential aged care
* Exposure to aged care funding and accreditation processes
* Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and health metrics
