The Team: As part of EY's Reward team, the leading remuneration consulting practice in Australia, you will work with executive remuneration, total reward, transaction and tax specialists on employee equity plans, and broader remuneration projects. We advise early-stage businesses, established privatepanies,panies seeking to IPO and major ASX-listed groups - on all aspects of reward. What's in it for you? The Role: As our Reward Legal Equity Manager, you'll: Help clients design and implement equity-based incentive plans, including executive long-term incentive plans, director equity plans, and broad-based employee share plans; Review and draft equity incentive plan documentation; Provide advice on legal and regulatory implications relating to equity plans and broader remuneration matters; Support clients on their annual report disclosures and AGMs, remuneration-related aspects of transactions and IPOs, and CEO/senior executive appointments and terminations; Advise onpliance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), ASX listing rules, financial services regulations, and corporateernance requirements with respect to the operation and implementation of equity plans and broader remuneration matters; Manage client projects, and work with boards and senior management; Coach and mentor junior staff. What we're looking for Experience gained in a consulting, law firm or professional services organisation; Strong legal advisory and drafting skills, ideally in the area of equity incentive plans; Excellent time and people management capabilities; Ability to build relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
