We’re recruiting experienced Rigger / Excavator Operators and Civil Labourers for a major infrastructure project in Bohle, with work secured through to June/July 2026.
This is a large-scale construction project, offering consistent hours, overtime, and long-term stability with a reputable contractor.
Pay Rates
* Rigger / Excavator Operator: $48 per hour + penalties + $25 daily travel
* Civil Labourer: $38 per hour + penalties + $25 daily travel + overtime
(Final rates dependent on experience and tickets)
The Roles
* Rigger / Excavator Operator
-Assisting with installation of precast panels and structural components
-Working with cranes and lifting gear
-Reading lift plans and following safe work procedures
-Operating excavators for trenching, footings and civil works as required
-Working closely with ground crews and civil teams
-Current high-risk licence required
Civil / infrastructure experience essential
* Civil Labourers
-Assisting with general civil construction duties
-Supporting operators and rigging crews
-Manual handling, site preparation and clean-up
-Experience on civil / infrastructure projects preferred
