Community Justice Partnerships Leader
About the Role:
This leadership role will oversee the delivery of outreach programs and community-led education initiatives aimed at reducing domestic, family, and sexual violence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging with local communities to co-design outreach programs
* Coordinating service delivery and managing ongoing relationships
* Overseeing data collection and contributing to grant reporting
* Delivering remote education on domestic, family, and sexual violence
* Coordinating planning and delivery of outreach activities in remote settings
* Leading a multidisciplinary team to support integrated justice responses
* Collaborating across regions to improve service delivery
* Planning, facilitating, and evaluating outreach and education activities
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working in community development or a related field.

Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, with a regular weekly roster that includes some evening and weekend work. You will also be required to travel regularly to communities across Central Australia & Barkly region.
