Role Description/Criteria
St Francis Catholic College is a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school seeking a passionate and committed person to join its growing team. Known and respected for its learning and wellbeing programs, the College opened a new campus in Cobblebank in 2023 with an intake of 140 Year 7 students and will accommodate 1500 Year 7-12 students by 2028. Our Year 7-12 Melton West campus, with its exceptional facilities and secondary pathways, is the foundation upon which our new campus will be modelled. Pathways Coordinator - Cobblebank Campus
We are seeking an experienced and student-focused Pathways Coordinator to lead the delivery of careers and pathways education at our Cobblebank Campus. This leadership role supports students in making informed decisions regarding subject selection, further education, training and employment pathways, ensuring every learner is prepared for life beyond school.
The successful applicant will provide individual pathways counselling (including Year 12 exit interviews), coordinate key initiatives such as work experience and careers events, and build strong partnerships with tertiary providers and industry to broaden student opportunities and support successful transitions beyond school. Teaching Applicants
For teaching applicants applying for this position: please note the role is a POL 3 with a time release of 18 periods and tenure of three years. Open to any teaching methods.
Non-Teaching Applicants
For non-teaching applicants applying for this position: please note the role is a Category B, Level 3 full-time, ongoing position. Salary range $75,828 – $85,918 per annum.
