We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager / Generalist to support a well-established organisation with an international presence and HQ based overseas. Representing a well-known brand, this role will partner closely with local leadership while aligning with global HR frameworks.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident managing a broad range of HR responsibilities and operating within a structured, multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with managers to provide practical, timely HR advice and support
* Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
* Maintain and update HR policies and procedures
* Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
* Manage and advise on disciplinary processes, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution
* Ensure HR practices comply with local employment legislation and align with global policies
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Support learning and development initiatives
* Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
* Assist with workforce planning and organisational development
* Provide HR reporting and insights to support business decisions
About You
* Proven experience in a HR Manager or HR Generalist role
* Strong employee relations experience, with confidence handling sensitive and complex matters
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices
* Legal knowledge is a plus
* Experience working within a structured or multinational organisation is advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
* Practical, solutions-focused approach with sound judgement
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
