Overview
Client Account Executive at Syniti, part of Capgemini. Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and develop a network of customers and partners to drive revenue across software sales, consulting, training and maintenance. Liaise with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and provide overall management support for assigned accounts in Australia and New Zealand.
What You Will Do
- Establish and maintain business relationships with existing and future clients.
- Source and nurture current clients and sales strategies; manage the full sales cycle of new opportunities with marketing collaboration until deals are finalized.
- Prospect SAP and non-SAP partners and customers for sales opportunities.
- Understand client strategies, objectives and needs to propose services aligned with them.
- Build commercial offers and respond to RFPs with collaboration from the presales team.
- Organize discovery sessions and demonstrations with the pre-sales team.
- Negotiate and close sales; write and finalize contracts with management support.
- Support the delivery of sold services and monitor client satisfaction.
- Participate in steering committees during SAP implementations as needed.
- Maintain relationships with strategic alliances and Syniti Sales Team to drive opportunities.
What It Takes
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales of professional services, projects and ERP solutions (SAP experience is a strong asset).
- Proven sales history of meeting objectives and targets.
- Ability to capitalize on existing relationships and knowledge to increase sales.
- Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance or Data Transformation is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a can-do attitude; adaptable, flexible and resourceful.
