We are seeking a skilled Pastrycook to join our team.
Job Description
This is a full-time position with 38 hours of work per week, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
* Manage ingredient selection for gelato, cakes, and sweet products.
* Oversee the daily production of various desserts, including semi-freddo, cannoli, ice creams, waffles, cakes, and more.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of proficiency in working independently, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to quality control standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
* At least 1 year of experience as a Pastrycook.
* Ability to work independently and be well organized.
