The Corporate Communication Manager plays a key role in shaping and delivering engaging internal communications across the MCM Group. Reporting to the MCM Head of Communications and Marketing, this role leads the delivery of MCM's internal communications strategy and works closely with leaders across MCM to ensure employees are informed, connected and inspired by the organisation's purpose and priorities. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will develop communication plans and campaigns while also creating engaging content and supporting the team to deliver high-quality communications across channels.
About you
We are looking for someone who can:
* Develop and deliver engaging internal communications strategies and campaigns that connect employees with organisational purpose and priorities.
* Bring energy and creativity to designing and delivering innovative communications campaigns that capture attention and inspire engagement.
* Create clear, compelling content across multiple channels including intranet, newsletters, staff events and leadership communication.
* You are an exceptional storyteller, writer and editor and can support your direct report to deliver best-practice internal communication and campaigns.
* Partner and collaborate with executives and senior leaders to shape and cascade messages that engage and inform employees.
* Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, supporting the team and producing high-quality communication materials.
* Use data and employee feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness and engagement.

* Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening check or ability to obtain
* Valid Victorian Driver's license
