You’ll lead a team of talented social and comms legends, bringing our brand to life across socials, digital, in store, and everything in between.We’re moving away from the old-school marketing playbook. With a social-first mindset, you’ll craft stories that invite our audience into our world and keep them coming back.You’ll own local campaigns and brand moments, making sure we show up in the market in a way that’s bold, authentic, and community-driven. If you're passionate about connecting with people and turning strategy into scroll-stopping content—we want to hear from you.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEDegree / qualification in relevant field i.e. PR. Communications, Social Media, Digital or similarProven experience in a similar Brand Communications (PR) role from either agency or client sideStrong communications skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholdersDemonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutionsHigh level of organisation, project management and planning skillsAbility to work autonomously and with partners in a different locationOUR CULTUREWe are committed to team work, having fun, creating a great vibe and helping customers find their factorie style.
