One of our most exciting clients is seeking a skilled Customer Operations Specialist to join its growing European operations team. This is a hybrid role (mostly home-based) in Deeside and will involve supporting order management and customer service excellence across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Validate and process incoming orders within set timeframes
* Manage and monitor EDI orders and customer portals
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
* Liaise with third-party logistics providers and internal stakeholders
* Ensure data accuracy in systems and maintain order flow
* Maintain customer databases and support delivery tracking
* Monitor inbox and respond efficiently to customer queries
* Produce reports and monitor KPIs to ensure performance standards
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience in customer service and order entry
* Confident communicator with strong phone etiquette
* Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel; knowledge of SAP (SD module) preferred
* Experience working with multilingual teams or international customers
* Knowledge of ESKER or similar order automation tools is a plus
Languages:
* Fluency in Dutch (essential)
* French or additional European language skills are a plus
* Strong written and verbal English required
