We are looking for experienced RNs to provide exceptional care across multiple locations in Queensland, including: Central Queensland Region (Rockhampton/Gladstone/ Emerald) Mackay/Whitsunday Region (Mackay/Moranbah/Collinsville) Darling Downs Region Plus, more! Key Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will perform a variety of critical tasks, including: Emergency Care: Respond to acute medical situations with speed and precision. Stabilize patients by administering life-saving interventions such as ALS protocols. Triage Duties: Perform rapid patient assessments to determine the urgency of care required. Assign Australian Triage Scale (ATS) categories and prioritize patients accordingly In-Charge Leadership: Oversee nursing staff and manage resource allocation during shifts. Ensure smooth operations within emergency departments or remote healthcare settings. Remote Nursing: Deliver high-quality care in isolated or rural areas with limited medical resources. Activate clinical escalation protocols when necessary to ensure timely patient transfers Patient Care & Documentation: Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide emotional support to patients and families. Maintain accurate records of treatments, observations, and interventions Essential Requirements: To succeed in this role, candidates must have: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Be onshore in Australian with current work rights in place Hold a National Police clearance Proven experience in Emergency/Triage/ALS/In-Charge/Remote settings Strong clinical decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and leadership abilities Available contracts: Multiple contracts available commencing over January & February 2025.
