Do work that matters
As a Product Manager, you will report to the Chapter Lead, Everyday Products within the Everyday Products Crew. You will play a key role in supporting the Everyday Banking Domain by resolving IT incidents and problems associated with our key product platforms. This role is critical to ensuring seamless experiences for customers, shareholders and CommBank employees by ensuring our IT systems deliver the products and services we commit to our customers.
In your first 12–18 months, you will:
* Drive and consult as the product representative on the resolution of IT incidents/problems impacting the Everyday Banking business.
* Investigate, resolve and deliver IT‑based change that ensures the sound delivery, including the charging of fees and interest, of all products and services within the Everyday Banking business.
* Consult on key projects which impact the core product platforms supporting our business, i.e. SAP, ODS, Payments systems.
* Play the role of technical SME for the broader Everyday Banking product business.
* Conduct deep dives into areas of potential opportunity – through assessing external trends or at the request of the business or management. This involves planning, scoping and making recommendations for improvement on business strategy, projects and business processes.
What You'll Bring
* Technical knowledge across systems supporting the Everyday Banking product business i.e. SAP, ODS, Payments systems.

* Strong stakeholder management.
* Proven track record in delivering technical change.
* Demonstrated strong ability to interpret & analyse, deduce and interrogate issues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Willingness to support out‑of‑hours incident management.
* Growth mindset and high learning agility.
* Risk mindset – all CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.
* Tertiary qualification in a business or related field.
