Job Title
A Commercial Lawyer is required to support our Sales, Marketing and Business Development activities in the Asia-Pacific region.

Responsibilities
* Drafting IT service agreements, technology licensing agreements and other high-value agreements with enterprise customers and partners.
* Leading regional and global initiatives to address emerging regulatory and policy issues.
This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys being challenged, has strong written and oral communication skills, sound pragmatic judgment in ambiguous situations. They should be able to provide strategic advice for senior executives and other leaders.

Qualifications
* No less than 5 years of legal experience with experience in commercial transactions.
Familiarity with one or more areas of law such as IT cloud computing, AI/ML technical consulting telecommunications privacy intellectual property complex transactional work.
