Job Overview
The Storeperson is accountable for managing the receipt, delivery and inventory of goods in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining optimal safety procedures.
* Inventory management and order fulfillment
* Goods receipt and dispatch coordination
* Effective stock control and optimization
* Maintenance of comprehensive safety protocols
* Loading and unloading goods from trucks, dispatching and unpacking orders and deliveries
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks involving lifting, bending and standing for long periods
