Workforce Transformation and Governance Leader
This is a high-profile role within NSW Health that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in cultural transformation, workforce strategy, and governance. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in driving large-scale change across complex systems.

The Deputy Secretary, People, Culture and Governance plays a central role in shaping the policy, clinical, workforce, and governance frameworks that underpin healthcare delivery across NSW. This involves providing strategic leadership, planning, oversight, and enabling functions to support safe, high-quality, and sustainable health services.
The successful candidate will have:
* Expertise in people strategy, organisational culture, industrial relations, or enabling services.
* A proven track record of leading cultural and workforce reform across complex systems.
* Strong systems thinking, collaborative leadership, and political acumen.
* A deep understanding of the levers required to drive large-scale behavioural and cultural change.
