Customer Service Support Professional
The Customer Service Support professional plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Customer Service team and facilitating seamless communication between internal departments and external customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing daily tasks and customer interactions, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
* Coordinate effective communication between teams regarding service updates, invoices, maintenance schedules, and warranty programs.
* Maintain and update accurate records of customer interactions, work orders, and service documentation.
* Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently, adhering to established deadlines.
* Monitor labor, parts, and other costs associated with aircraft maintenance services, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
* Collaborate with the finance department to resolve billing and payment discrepancies, fostering strong relationships with customers.
* Communicate with customers regarding invoice details, payment terms, and account status, maintaining open channels of communication.
* Identify opportunities for upselling maintenance, parts, warranty, and other associated programs that provide value to customers.
* Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by participating in the Service Center's safety culture.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, administrative support, or invoicing, preferably in an aviation context.
* Familiarity with industry-specific software or systems is beneficial.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
* Attention to detail, goal-oriented approach, and proactive attitude in resolving customer inquiries and operational challenges.
