We're looking for a superstar Sales Administrator to join our high-performing, energetic and friendly team.
This full-time, Monday to Friday role (no weekends) is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Calm, capable and efficient under pressure
* Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems
* Exceptionally organised with great time management
* Positive, motivated and a real team player
* A clear and confident communicator
* Open to learning and growing within a supportive environment
* Ideally experienced in real estate administration (but not essential)
* Pro‑active and detail‑oriented (you get things done, and you get them done right)
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing and managing agency agreements and sales contracts
* Coordinating digital advertising campaigns, including copywriting and proof reading
* Liaising with vendors, buyers, conveyancers, brokers and suppliers
* Providing general admin support to the sales team
* Maintaining and updating digital records and CRM databases
