Located in Chirnside Park, Victoria, we are a paediatric speech pathology and occupational therapy clinic incorporating animal assisted interventions into everyday practice. We've even published a research paper on it!
Our team includes 13 incredible Speech Pathologists, 2 wonderful Occupational Therapists, 4 therapy assistants, 3 admin superstars and, most importantly, (the real stars of the show) our therapy animals consisting of 6 dogs, 4 guinea pigs, 2 fish and 1 bearded dragon.
We are growing our multidisciplinary team and are looking for our next superstar Occupational Therapist to join our OT crew.
In this role, you will work alongside an experienced clinician who provides supervision and mentoring, all within our purpose built OT gym designed for engaging, child centred therapy. You will collaborate closely with our Speech Pathology team to support a holistic approach to child development across communication, motor, sensory and emotional domains.

Who We’re Looking For
You are a compassionate and adaptable Occupational Therapist who connects easily with children and enjoys thinking creatively. You may already have experience with therapy animals, or you may simply be curious and open to learning. You understand that every child is different and that sometimes the best outcomes come from thinking outside the box.
What You’ll Need:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
* Current registration with AHPRA and Occupational Therapy Australia
* Experience working with children, with neurodiversity experience highly regarded
* Interest in animal assisted therapy, with support provided to develop in this area
* Working with Children Check, Police Check and a valid driver’s licence
* Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
