**About the role**
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible and accountable to support the activities required to effect successful administration, reporting, governance and team cohesion at the program level. Alignment with industry best practice methodologies and compliance with relevant department frameworks.
Specific duties will include:
- Assess change complexity and determine appropriate level of change support for each impacted group
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify change initiatives required to support all impacted stakeholder groups;
- Formulate and implement change and adoption strategies to enable the required change for each group;
- Work with the Communications and Engagement Stream to design and implement communication and engagement plans to disseminate information about the change to internal and external audiences;
- Conduct organisational readiness and risk assessments for the program initiatives;
- Conduct training needs analysis and manage the delivery of training to end users / staff / constituents;
- Act as a coach and internal change consultant to project resources, leaders, managers and teams;
- Perform ongoing review of the change management strategy, methodology, tools and measurement approaches to ensure alignment with other Streams within the Program
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience in leading people through change using change management techniques established in the industry
- Proven experience and ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and able to engage with all levels of an organisation, influence others and envisage a common goal;
- Proven experience with industrial relations engagement and successful business transformation partnered with industrial bodies;
- Proven experience with organisational change on a substantialIT Program (with sub-projects and multiple streams of work);
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts;
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Change management certification or designation will be highly valued.
