Technical Service Specialist
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include on-site equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with hospital teams and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and repair Stryker medical equipment on-site.
* Develop trust with customers through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
* Collaborate with team members to drive results and maintain a positive, supportive team environment.
* Travel extensively across regional WA and interstate for training and technical support.
* Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure seamless customer service experience.
