ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a strategic Product Director, Risk Solutions, to lead and shape our insurance strategy in ANZ. You will drive innovation in insurance, claims management, and data-driven driver safety solutions, aligning with our broader business goals. Your focus will be on enhancing risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, delivering scalable, future-focused solutions. With P&L ownership, you will maximize service revenue and collaborate globally to create long-term, commercially viable impacts. You will make an impact by:
1. Developing and executing the risk solutions strategy, integrating insurance, claims management, driver safety, and fleet risk mitigation into our broader product and service ecosystem.
2. Owning the P&L for Risk Solutions, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and achievement of financial performance targets, while driving long-term commercial success.
3. Leading the development of a scalable risk solutions roadmap that enhances fleet safety, optimizes claims outcomes, and leverages data-driven insights, emerging telematics, AI analytics, and regulatory changes to innovate, mitigate risk, and improve operational efficiency and customer value.
4. Collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and industry stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled, customer-centric risk solutions, using data-driven decision-making through customer insights, behavioral analysis, and risk modeling to refine solutions and enhance customer experience.
5. Ensuring commercial viability and technical excellence of risk solutions by leveraging market insights, strategic partnerships, and business intelligence to maximize service revenue and sustainable growth.
ABOUT YOU
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Technology, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.
* 7+ years of experience in product management, risk solutions, insurance, claims management, fleet safety, or telematics, with a focus on risk mitigation and data-driven decision-making.
* Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships within teams.
* Agile, adaptable, and capable of navigating dynamic challenges.
* Driven, ambitious, and committed to continuous improvement and excellence.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, uncertain environments, embracing ambiguity and complexity.
