Job Description:
We are seeking a commercially savvy and people-focused Franchise Business Development Manager to lead and elevate our franchise network across Western Australia. The successful candidate will report to the State Retail Operations Manager – WA and play a pivotal role in driving profitability, strengthening franchise relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across their region.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Partnering with franchisees to develop tailored business plans and drive performance across tyre, auto service, and retail categories
• Building strong, respectful relationships that align with Bridgestone's TRACE behaviours (Transparency, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, Embrace Change)
• Supporting new store launches and franchisee onboarding, while championing key programs and initiatives
• Achieving sales and profit targets, optimizing store operations, and implementing growth strategies
• Leading by example in promoting Bridgestone's 'Perfect Safety' vision and E8 Commitment
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with proven experience in retail operations, franchise management, or field sales (automotive/tyre industry preferred). They will also possess strong commercial acumen and understanding of business planning and customer engagement.
