We are looking for a leadership professional to manage a retail store. The successful candidate will have passion and excitement for customer service, as well as fast-paced leadership experience and a lead by example approach.
The role involves delighting customers with service and store standards, recruiting, coaching and developing a team, contributing to a safe and positive store environment, and driving store success with key performance indicators (KPIs), targets and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high store standards
* Recruiting, training and developing a skilled and motivated team
* Maintaining a safe and positive store environment
* Driving store success through effective KPI management and financial performance
The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package, including $71,050 + 11.5% Super + 15% Annual Bonus (paid quarterly based on KPIs). They will also have the ability to influence their roster and enjoy extra days off for working public holidays.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate their team to succeed in an ever-changing environment. They will also possess a passion for customer service and a lead by example approach.
