**Our Opportunity**
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Brand Manager to join the Lactalis marketing team. Which will be responsible for looking after our **regional brands portfolio**, this opportunity can be based in Victoria, Lidcombe or Queensland.
One of the greatest assets of the Lactalis business is the strength of its portfolio of iconic Australian dairy brands which include strong national brands such as **Oak, Ice Break** and **Pauls,** as well as range of regional jewels such as **Breaka, Harvey Fresh** and **Pauls Iced Coffee**.
**About the role**
- Identifying and recommending long term marketing strategies for the brand or brands you are responsible for.
- Lead and ensure the timely delivery of key brand activities as defined in the annual marketing plan
- Delivering innovation projects to achieve a targeted innovation rate for the beverages and milk division.
**About you**
- You will have experience in FMCG, demonstrated experience in guiding brand strategy would be an advantage
- Previous experience managing impulse categories such as beverages and confectionery is highly desired
- You will obtain a Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Commerce
- Skilled in project management, managing a range of projects at one time with a high level of organisation
- You will have successfully managed brand communications and new product development, and be confident providing solutions and recommendations to stakeholders in the business, as well as able to coach employees
- Previous experience analysing financial reports
