Job Opportunity

Morgan McKinley is a leading talent services company that offers a comprehensive range of solutions to meet your resourcing needs.

* We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Sydney.


About the Role

This position will focus on recruiting talented individuals across various sectors, with a primary emphasis on Strategy or Finance or Risk recruitment.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly fee targets through effective sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the specialist sector and market recruited in, ensuring up-to-date information and insights.
* Promote business development activity, targeting new and existing clients through research, canvass calls, and quality calls.
* Prepare candidates and clients for interview, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
* Ensure all clients and candidates receive the highest possible level of service, with timely updates and communication.
* Utilize database systems to complete candidate and client information, maintaining accurate records and staying organized.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* 1-2 years previous recruitment experience in Contract recruitment, with a focus on Strategy or Finance or Risk.
* Proven experience working in agency recruitment in a 360 role, with strong Business Development skills.
* Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and professional demeanor.
* An entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to take calculated risks and thrive under pressure.
* A flexible and adaptable approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results in a dynamic environment.
